ways to earn points
how do i redeem points?
log in to your account and select the “my rewards” hyperlink on the left-hand navigation of your account page and your rewards points will populate. you must be logged in to redeem your points.
to redeem points for an order discount:
-simply add $50 to $99 to your cart and proceed to the checkout page to redeem 1,000 points for $10 off
-add $100-$149 to your cart to redeem 2,000 points for $20 off
-add $150-$199 to your cart to redeem 3,000 points for $30 off
-add $200 or more to your cart to redeem 4,000 points for $40 off
subtotal must reach the minimum spend requirement before taxes and shipping to apply the discount.
to redeem points for a free product*:
-add at least one paid product to your cart
-choose your free product from the 'my rewards' page + it will be added to your cart
-there is no mimimum spend for this reward, but you must purchase at least one product to redeem, and must have the applicable amount of points to redeem the products that you are eligible for in your tier.
*products are available while supplies last + are subject to change at our discretion.
you can only redeem points once per order. please note: you cannot combine your points with other discounts or promotions. one promo code per order.

what is the friends with benefits program?
the friends with benefits free rewards program lets you earn points on all your product purchases, birthday and other ways to earn! You can then redeem these points for merchandise rewards and discounts on purchases. To sign up for the friends with benefits program, please go to this page and create an account.
how do i redeem my points?
login to your account and select the “my rewards” hyperlink on the left hand navigation of your account page and your rewards points will populate. you must be be logged in to to redeem your points.
to redeem points for a discount on your entire order, simply select which voucher you would like to redeem and copy the redemption code to paste at checkout in the discount field.
$10 voucher for 1,000 points on orders $50 or more.
$20 voucher for 2,000 points on orders $100 or more.
$30 voucher for 3,000 points on orders $150 or more.
$40 voucher for 4,000 points on orders $200 or more.
must add minimum spend to cart for discount to apply. subtotal must be $50 before taxes and shipping to apply the discount.
to redeem points for a free product:
you must purchase at least one product, so add any product(s) to your cart, then navigate to 'my rewards' in your account portal. available products will display there, so select any free product and the points will be deducted from your balance, and the product will add to your cart.
you can only redeem points once per order. points redemptions can not be combined with other discount codes.
do my points expire?
each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in your account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.
how do I become a VIP?
at amika, our ride-or-die tier members = our VIPs!
wanna join the club? it’s easy:
- spend $400 or more at loveamika.ca within 12 months
- make sure you’re logged into your account for every order
- boom — you’re officially a ride-or-die member (aka, a VIP!)
VIPs not only earn more points with every purchase, but get early access to sales, VIP-only promotions, and more!
points stay active for 12 months from the date you earn them - every new qualifying purchase resets the clock for your rolling 12-month period!
if you go 12 months without a qualifying order, any unused points (and your VIP status) will expire
can i use more than one code at a time?
only one voucher per order can be redeemed.
my points aren't showing up, what do i do?
you must take all the actions to earn via the modal on the friends with benefits landing page for points to automatically register in your account. please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact us at info@loveamika.ca.
